I tried your suggestion, but it doesn't recognize when I pressed the letter S, for the blocked senders list menu.
I'm using Outlook Express in windows mail.

Try the steps below.
While in Outlook Express,
1. Alt + T, for tools
2. R, for message rules.
3. S, for the blocked senders list. Once you are in this dialogue, you will have a list of blocked senders. From the list, choose the one you want, and
then tab to the remove button, and okay your way out of the dialogue. HTH,
