You also need to have a index file and I think you need to have the links,
text, and all in HTML.
I am not sure how it is done for sure but when we had our web site there was
a site on the JFW/lite site which is still up for refferences. There is a
helpful hent on making a webpage.

Once a person saves a word file as a web page, they then need to load
it to their web server. There are many different website servers
available.
One site that provides such a service is godady but if you are doing a
religious site you might check out the home with God site. They have
some
low cost options as well.
