In the List View of files Press ctrl and NumpadPlus keys together. This
might help. Also, look at the View menu, and check either list or
details, or both. You could also arrange icons by: date - alt-v i,
type, etc. - then among the options highlight your choice and press
enter. Choose file type, perhaps. Maximize your window. have
unnecessarily open windows closed.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Making JAWS read out the full file name instead
ofsaying dot dot dot
Hi,
I'm running JAWS 9 on my Netbook running XP Home. A Netbook is a
mini-laptop so laptop keystrokes will work too.
In Windows Explorer, is there a way to make JAWS read the full name
of a file instead of reading a bit then say dot dot dot. In order to
hear the super long file name, I have to pretend that I want to rename
a file by pressing Function key 2.
Thank you for any help.
Regards,
Siew Ling
