Hi All, Thanks again Gerald & David for the great steps/information but, after getting into the customize notification tray to make the settings changes I noticed that there were icons in there that are not on my computer anymore or for instance, Jaws for windows, NVDA,& Super Anti Spuyware are in the list multiple times. Does anyone know a way to remove the multiple listings of particular icons? All help will be graciously appreciated. Thanks again. Take care. Mike
