Kimsan, now that you have Jaws11 uninstalled get Jaws10 running and then with Jaws 10 running, runthe Jaws11 file that you downloaded and saved . What I mean is Close Jaws 11 and open Jaws 10 for example, then run the Jaws11 repair. I know that a Jaws11 repair can be done in XP because I did it this morning with Jaws 10 running but, not having knowledge of other operating systems I can't comment. Also, running a repair or another install on the same machine will not count as another installation. Take care. Once you start the process you will be given the choices of modify, repair, or remove. Tab to repair and press enter.
