Hi Kimsan, I owe you a huge apology. Last night when we were discussing repairing Jaws11, I should have been suggesting that you " unload " Jaws11 instead of saying " uninstall " Jaws11! I totally brain faarted on the terminology and again, I am very sorry. I really don't know if using the correct terminology would have made a difference being that same problem existed with Jaws10 as far as the system tray issue. I am very glad that you were able to get it straightened out. Also, I will send you those notes on making message rules. Take care. Mike
