Vickie, Have you tried unloading Jaws 11 and retrying the on demand scan with 9?
What version of windows are you running? I ask only because I am running NOD-32, Windows XP-Pro and Jaws 9.latest and everything works perfectly. It stops at 27% with a string of invalid argument windows that seem to be related to JAWS. Once I can get out of the windows by pressing ok, I get an error message to send to Freedom Scientific, and whether or not I choose to send or decline, JAWS crashes. I then reload it or JAWS 9, and the same thing happens over again. I try to restart the computer, and I have to shut it down manually because it gets stuck somewhere. Since I have no speech, I'm not sure what is going on at that point. I only know the computer will not shut down on its own.
