Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 11 & Nod32

I am having a problem doing an on-demand scan with the latest version of
JAWS and Nod32.

It stops at 27% with a string of invalid argument windows that seem to be
related to JAWS. Once I can get out of the windows by pressing ok, I get an
error message to send to Freedom Scientific, and whether or not I choose to
send or decline, JAWS crashes. I then reload it or JAWS 9, and the same
thing happens over again. I try to restart the computer, and I have to shut
it down manually because it gets stuck somewhere. Since I have no speech,
I'm not sure what is going on at that point. I only know the computer will
not shut down on its own.

Has anyone had trouble with JAWS 11 and Nod32 and are there any suggestions
for why the invalid argument is showing up and what to do about it?

Thanks.

Vicki
