You have to find a button that says settings. Jaws calls it a button but it
appears to function half like a tab, half like a button. In other words, you
have to push enter on it to bring up the page.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] MSE first impressions
My first impressions are that it looks good. For some reason MSE would
stop at certain percentages during the installation. After about three or
four tries it finally installed. So far it appears to be rather Jaws V11
friendly right out of the box. And of course the best part is that it is
free. I can use the scheduler, and decide if I want a full or quick scann
easily. However, what I don't seem to be able to locate is settings or
options. I am not needing to change anything right away but I would like
to know how to do that in the future.
