From the Home button, right arrow once to the Update button. Then use the
JAWS cursor to read the Update page. If everything is working okay, you should hear a message at the top of the page, "virus and spyware definitions status up to date". Then you will hear the date and time of the most recent database update. If you want to check the Update history more thoroughly, you can visit the Microsoft Update page and click on "Review your Update History", which will list all recent updates to the MSE definitions database.
