[JAWS-Users] clicking on links that say on mouse over with jaws

Hi all,
I am trying to access my tafe library for study. There are a set of links the 
particular one I need for some reason, I can't go to it. 
when I arrow down, this is what jaws says:
study help clickable on mouse over
How do I get into these kind of links please?
