Hi Susie;

I know exactly what you mean.  Try doing a little experimenting.  The next 
time you are on a website click on a, " on mouse over " and see what comes 
up.  Use that information about on mouse over in my last post as a guide for 
experimentation when playing with the on mouse overs.  Take care.
