Pressing Shift + Tab from the Desktop will place you in the Notification
Area of the Task Bar, near the Clock. I guess there is an icon or graphic
in this area that will minimize all windows to show the Desktop. Since you
did not have any windows covering the Desktop, this would probably have no
effect.

Hi,
I have been meaning to post this question but kept forgetting.
When I am on my desktop sitting on the listview of ICONS and I do a shift
tab, it says show desktopbutton. What is that and if activated what does
it
do? And before someone states "click on it and find out", well I have
already tried it and no response.
