Wonderful. When I next get the opportunity to log on to her machine, I
will play around and see if I can get speech to improve for her. She may
be changing clients shortly anyway, as recently it has been failing to
start. I had to thus go in and delete the Outlook folder from her profile.

Hello Chris,
When focus is in the list of messages in the inbox make sure that no message
is selected. You can press CTRL+spacebar to remove selection from a
selected item. When no message is selected use the application key and find
the "show fields" choice in the context menu. Pressing enter key on that
choice will give a dialog box. In the dialog box you will have a combo box
that will likely have "frequently used fields" chosen. If you use the tab
key you will find a list of fields available for the choice in the combo
box. Choosing a different item in the combo box will give a different list
of available fields. If you continue to tab you will find a list of fields
currently being used. If you select one of the fields in the available
fields list and tab you should find an add button that you can use to add
the field to the list of those being used. You can set the order of the
fields in the "show fields in this order" list by moving on to a given item
in the list and then tabbing to the move up or move down buttons.
I hope I understood your question correctly.
Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS and Outlook 2007 message list problem
Hello all,
My friend is using Outlook 2007 with JAWS 11.0.756 on a Windows 7 Home
Premium 64 bit laptop. In the message list, JAWS is only saying the name
and the date, nothing else. What can I do to configure this for her,
over JAWS Tandem? For now she is opening each e-mail to see if it
interests her, but she prefers to look at the message list and delete
ones she's not interested in without opening them.
All help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. Take care.
From Chris.
