You know, ever since I installed the latest jfw update, jaws has been reading all the message information (from, subject, received etc) in the list box twice. I contacted tech support and after talking to their escalation guy and doing the whole uninstall/install, disable this and that, I got no real solution to the issue. He did tell me though that what I was experiencing was a bug that had occurred in the beta testing of the update, but that I was the first to report it with the final release... maybe your friend should contact fs as well to see if this too may be a jaws problem rather than some sort of bogous setting on her end... Just a thought.

When she browses her deleted items folder, JAWS reads everything, including the subject. I got her to go into the view menu from her inbox, but nothing in there seems to give clues as to why JAWS is behaving this way. Just an update.
