Definitely. Well she's changing clients like I said earlier, so her
Outlook problems may be a thing of the past shortly. I'm encouraging her
to try Thunderbird as recently she's had problems starting Outlook. The
only way was to log in and delete her Outlook folder from her profile.
Rarely have I needed to do this with Thunderbird, so am recommending
that for her. Thanks for the thoughts though; greatly appreciated.

You know, ever since I installed the latest jfw update, jaws has been
reading all the message information (from, subject, received etc) in the
list box twice. I contacted tech support and after talking to their
escalation guy and doing the whole uninstall/install, disable this and that,
I got no real solution to the issue. He did tell me though that what I was
experiencing was a bug that had occurred in the beta testing of the update,
but that I was the first to report it with the final release... maybe your
friend should contact fs as well to see if this too may be a jaws problem
rather than some sort of bogous setting on her end... Just a thought.

Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS and Outlook 2007 message list problem
Hi Matthew an all,
An update. When she browses her deleted items folder, JAWS reads
everything, including the subject. I got her to go into the view menu
from her inbox, but nothing in there seems to give clues as to why JAWS
is behaving this way.
Just an update.

Chris,
Is her window maximized? I have not had this prooblem with jaws. You
might want to try motifing the custom view to see if this makes a
differents.

Hello all,
My friend is using Outlook 2007 with JAWS 11.0.756 on a Windows 7 Home
Premium 64 bit laptop. In the message list, JAWS is only saying the
name and the date, nothing else. What can I do to configure this for
her, over JAWS Tandem? For now she is opening each e-mail to see if it
interests her, but she prefers to look at the message list and delete
ones she's not interested in without opening them.
All help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. Take care.
From Chris.
