Yep looks like he means an internet stick or broadband USB Modem. The one from O2 is the only one that i've had joy with. someone i know had one from vodafone here in the UK, but she had to uncheck a proxy option to regain normal net access!

To the user inquiring about the broadband stick or as I will call it the air card. The air card I purchased and then returned before my thirty day trial expired was accessible. However, there was a connect button before you could get into the internet that sighted help was required. I only returned the air card because tech support for the cellular company was not aware of a way to fix this problem and I needed it for times that sighted help was not always available.
