Hi Deb;

If you don't have the Jaws11 latest update saved to your Local Disk (C:) 
click on the link below and save it in your Local Disk (C:).  Then paste 
that line of text into the Run dialogue, press the home key and press enter.

Here is the line of text again;

C:\J11.0.1447-32bit.exe /type repair

You need to save the jaws file in the root of your hard drive for that to
