Hi, Mike, this worked to update JAWS 11; however, I still have the calendar problem in Outlook 2003. Probably not for this list, but Outlook isn't closing properly. Don't know whether to stop the process after hitting Alt, Control, Delete in the task manager. Don't cry because its over; smile because it happened.
