You find this in the Jaws voices menu. A shortcut is Insert plus Control S.
Or, on a laptop, caps Lock, Control S. Once you get there, down arrow to
the profile you want and Enter. Wayne

I use REalspeak for some things. It sounds a lot cleaner than Eloquence.
It is not as harsh.
I personally use Karen from Australia.
