Hi
Press enter on that file in My Documents (the one you downloaded from the
web).
It will start installing.
Follow the guide on screen: for example, being asked whether you are sure
you want to install the voice.
After installation, JAWS wil tell you that you need to restart your system.
Do so.
When you restart, you will see your new voice as one of the listed
profiles.

Thank you. I have done this but when I press Insert+Control+S I still see
only the factory defaults for Solo Direct Factory. What am I doing wrong?
