Hi Patricia; Thank you very much for your response. I am wanting to copy the whole entry, not just the email address. I.E, Name, email address, home address, phone / fax numbers, all business info, etc. etc Rather than starting a new entry and having to type all this stuff over again. Thanks again, take care. Mike
