Mike,
Apart from using some other more sophisticated program, Perhaps you
could make a separate Address Book for just the details of that one name
and address, for the purposes of then importing that information into
the Address Book for the other identity.

I copy all kinds of things that don't belong in, let's say, the home
page
but, most of all I can't paste what I have copied into a new entry of
the
address book and have all the information paste into the correct boxes
of
the new address book entry. I guess what I'm asking is , in a
round-a-bout
way is, if there is a way to copy an individual entry of the address
book,
as a whole, like you would copy a word or text document with the
document
closed? Like if you want to copy a document in My Documents and paste
it
into the root of the C drive or onto a flash drive. I hope what I'm
asking
is making sense! Another way to ask is; Is there a way to transfer a
singlel entry, and all of its information, from 1 address book to the
address book of another identity? Thanks again for allowing me to
confuse
