Thanks for that suggestion. I've created frames before and that might
work yes. I don't mean this antagonistically but I did try another
screen reader and when I popped up that address I gave, I heard it
pop open that balloon and speak it right after the title bar of the
browser without having to do anything. I say that to say I'd bet
there is a way for Jaws to read those without extra programming. The
frame idea is a good one though and perhaps that will be the way it
will need to be.

Especially if you are going to call tech support anyway, you
could have them or some one else to help you create the frame.
