Hi everyone,
I have successfully gone through the entire process to install my Pearol. When I open Openbook and use the Workflow to run a scan, Jaws says, Leaving menus. At this point Openbook freezes and nothing happens. Has anyone who has purchased a new Pearl had this problem, and if so do you have a solution. I am not a computer geek.
