[JAWS-Users] Pdf to word converter

Hello all,
I am running JAWS11 and JAWS 12 on a Vista 32bit computer.  Is there a PDF to 
Word converter that works with JAWS?  It does not matter if it is free or if I 
have to pay for it.  I have a text book in pdf format that I want to convert.  
I tried using Jamal's PDF to TXT but alot of the words got messed up because of 
the formatting.
