There are Word to PDF converters in office. These probably make a good,
accessible pdf. there are some free PDF to Word converters but for the
most part, or those I've tried, they are not usually accessible.

Unfortunately, the free Adobe Reader does not convert from PDF to MS
Word. It converts to text (if the document author has allowed it).

Adobe distributes a free PDF reader "adobe acrobat reader". It is
reasonably accessible.
Goto adobe.com and look for the accessibility link. This may do the
trick for you.

Hello all,
I am running JAWS11 and JAWS 12 on a Vista 32bit
computer. Is there a PDF to Word converter that works
with JAWS? It does not matter if it is free or if I
have to pay for it. I have a text book in pdf format
that I want to convert. I tried using Jamal's PDF to
TXT but alot of the words got messed up because of the
formatting.
