Hello Everyone:
I am using windows xp with jaws 9. When I go to certain web sites I get a message that I need adobe flashplayer 8 or better. When I try to install the flashplayer I get a message that it is already installed. I went to control panel and then to add/remove programs and tried to remove adobe flashplayer. Adobe flashplayer 10.1.8 is there but when I try to uninstall it nothing happens. I get a q button and an I button but clicking on either of them has no action. Does anyone have a simple solution?
