Hi.
The unlabeled button is I Agree, that should be checked, and if you gives
this unlabeled button a press on the spacebar, than the I button should
disappear, because you don't agree to the license term's, and therefore
is'nt allowed to install the update.
So as far as the I button is available, than don't do anything with the
unlabeled button.
Hans Pauli.

To remove flash you have to go to adobe web site and get there remover.
The I button is install and Q button is quit. If you have any
firewalls set and tried this before. You might have blocked it
without knowing it.

Hello Everyone:
I am using windows xp with jaws 9. When I go to certain web sites I
get a
message that I need adobe flashplayer 8 or better. When I try to
install
the flashplayer I get a message that it is already installed. I went
to
control panel and then to add/remove programs and tried to remove adobe
flashplayer. Adobe flashplayer 10.1.8 is there but when I try to
uninstall
it nothing happens. I get a q button and an I button but clicking on
either
of them has no action.
Does anyone have a simple solution? I don't think I can do complicated
ones.
Thanks,
Dwight Johnson
