Yes. Disable all will do what it says. Disable all the programs, even if you just checked them. For fastest start up, you will want to uncheck as many programs as possible. Windows will make sure that a minimum of programs are automatically checked for it to run. Then make sure your antivirus is checked. Uncheck everything else. Then, if you find something does not work right, you can always go back in and check that program to start up. Blessings, Tom
