George,
I didn't have any trouble, and don't remember seen any posts to this
list like that.

Hi:
I am using XP with a pentium4 processor with 2GB of ram. I finally
got around to installing version 12 a couple days ago and tried 3
times to install it my self. I had all programs closed (with
enditall) and JAWS11 unloaded, the talking install would get through
the first couple of screens up to the point where it would want you
to click on "next" to start the install, it would not focus on
"next", I had to get sighted help and they had to move the mouse on
to it and click it. I called HJ support they said they had not
received any other complaints about the installation disk. Have any
of you had a problem with the disk and if so did you call HJ?
Thanks,
George R. Marshall

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Desktop in Windows 7
Up until now, Windows M, has always minimized all apps, and placed
the focus on the desktop
Windows D, has always moved the focus to the desktop, and F5 would
refresh the screen and de-select all items.
Using Jaws version 11 or 12, on a Win7 64-bit system, this does not
seem to work.
Is this something with Jaws, or Windows, a bug or setting needing changed?
