I had the same thing with my new Dell.  In Windows 7, go to Windows 
mobile device center.  there is somewhere a choice between media and 
function, and media is chosen but you want function.  JAWS won't read 
it on this computer, so you might need someone who can.  My daughter 
clicked mine, and the keys went back to the way I wanted them.
