Good morning Brian,
If you don't change the verbosity to screen layout does all table info go in column A on spreadsheet? I usually change verbosity when I encounter a table on web because I find it easier to read.
Thanks,
Ann

Hello Bill,

I am using JAWS 12 with IE 9 and Excel 2010. The following works for me,
but you will have to try it with Excel 2007 and IE 8 to see if it works for
you.

1. Go to the line of text above the HTML data table where JAWS tells you
how many rows and columns are in the table.
2. Press JAWS key with V.
3. Press D until you hear the document presentation menu item.
4. Press spacebar until you hear screen layout.
5. Press enter key.
6. Press f8 to select the table.
7. Press CTRL C to copy the selected data to the clipboard.
8. Open Excel.
9. Paste the data.

JAWS will read the content of each cell, but you will need to adjust such
things as column widths and row heights.

Take care.

Hello,

How can I convert web page content with tables to an Excel file with JAWS
12?

I am using IE 8 and Excel 2007.

Thank you,

Bill
