I have just tried thunderbird with the new build as well and I am
afraid it is still awful. My biggest bug bear is that it will not
automatically read a message on opening it. the program is really
not working well at all.
I am sticking with Eudora, this program is really old but works by
far better with jaws, windows 7, 64 bit.
Not sure if Fs are trying to script thunderbird because of live mail
short falls or what. I really hope Eudora does not get messed up. My
preference would be to use Microsoft Outlook but I really do not use
email enough to warrant purchasing it.

I'm sorry to report, but my Thunderbird is acting exactly the same
with this new update as it did before.
JAWS still doesn't read the subject of the next message upon
deletion of the previous message.
I used the automatic update, rather than going to the website, if
that might make a difference.
