Well, if you want a totally clean install, install both. That way, you will
know if jaws is the problem. Jim

Subject: [JAWS-Users] uninstalling Jaws v12
I think I will uninstall Jaws v12 and reinstall it to correct (hopefully)
my start menu suddenly going silent. The choices in win 7 control panel is
uninstall Jaws and uninstall Jaws and shared components. Which one would
you pick and why? Thanks.
