Yes. Its a video intercept issue. For some odd reason Video Intercept isn't working which means JFW won't be able to read things properly. Very odd though because like I said I have Intel ® HD and it doesn't give me any problems.
Maybe try calling Intel? FS couldn't fix anything? Or maybe you have more then one graphics card and the manager can't read which one is the right one?
