Hi David, That appears to have fixed the issue with JAWS reading incorrectly, but not the issue with sluggishness. As JAWS reading incorrectly was the more pressing problem, I am glad we at least have that one fixed.

I have a couple issues: 1. When in the message list and in emails, JAWS is very sluggish-compared to using other applications. 2. When reading emails, JAWS will sometimes read the same line a second time when I press the down arrow-instead of reading the line that I am focused on. This also happens when I use the up arrow. 3. When I press the backspace key, JAWS does not accurately tell me the characters I am deleting; it is accurate in all other Windows programs. Would anyone have any suggestions about what might be causing my problem(s)?
