Hi, Has this been resolved and if so what was the fix? If not are you running 32 bit machine or 64 bit and how much memory (RAM) you can have up to 4 gig with 32 bit but the video RAM is subtracted from this and well 64 let us just say more then 4 gig. I have found with a 32 bit machine 1 gig of RAM is not enough and if you have only 1 gig then you will see the sluggishness and the missing of letters when typing etc. so max out the RAM and this may solve some of these issues. robin
