[JAWS-Users] Blocking Text with JAWS

Brief question from a first-timer.  Is there a way to block 
text--as in multiple paragraphs--for selection in a document with 
JAWS? Like highlighting a certain section of thedocument that is 
not just a line, word or paragraph for copying and/or cutting?
