Hello listers, I am using jaws 11 on a win7 64 bit machine. when I open a drive or a folder, windows explorer getting struck and and jaws says "windows explorer is not responding" causing me all soughts of trouble. I had mcafee version and I uninstalled it and installed microsoft security essential. but the problem is still remains. can someone out there guide me to overcome this situation?
