Don, Don't undo what you have fixed but couldn't you have done the following: 1. Uninstall office 2007 2. Install Office 2007 using the custom install and only choose Outlook to install 3 import your old mail and settings from your Outlook.pst file that was left after the uninstall 4. Install Office 2010 Home & student
