Mike,
It appears that JAWS13, RJ and Gerald have answered that question. the
dropdown menu is a graphical image, etc. I guess it's near time i tried
JAWS13!
When I use the onMouseover, JAWS told me that a change was detected on
line 10.

This is what the sighted lady at the Police Department said they are
so,
that's what I referred to them as. What she said was, " after
clicking on
the Support Services Division link, there would be a drop-down menu
then, I
would click on the Code Enforcement / Report a Violation links from
there.
If what she referred to is not a drop-down menu, what would it
actually be
referred to as? Or, what is the correct lingo for accessing options /
links
from a link? I probably didn't word my question worth a crap but, I
think

- i got there through the Code Enforcement link, and then found the
Report A Violation Link. there's a table (or form to be filled in)
when
you go to that page. maybe take a look at it. Is that what you
require?
