This time around we concern ourselves with the health of the person sitting at
the desk.

Daily Tip:
Posture

Sitting in the same position for hours at a time can cause neck and back pain,
and slouching in your chair can exaggerate the problem. To avoid stress on your
back, sit with your upper arms parallel to your spine and then locate chair as
close as possible to your desk. Additionally, your entire backside should be
pressed against your chair back to evenly distribute pressure across your back.
To avoid stress on your neck, adjust your monitor so that your gaze is aimed at
the center of the screen, and move the armrest on your chair until the armrests
lift your arms at the shoulders. Finally, get up, stretch, or simply take a
quick walk a few times a day to loosen up your muscles.

  Daily Term:
daisywheel

A printing mechanism shaped like a round disk with a number of spokes, or arms,
that extend from its center. Each arm has a fully formed character on its tip.
The arm hits the ribbon, and the impact makes a mark on the paper. One
daisywheel contains all the characters for one font only; a change in fonts
requires a different daisywheel. Daisywheels are found on a daisywheel printer.
Also called print wheel.

to impress people they don't like
