Did you download the 32-bit or the 64-bit?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Problem Activating JAWS 13

Hi All,

I got JAWS 13 installed on the Win 7 machine, but only in 40 minute
mode. I downloaded it from the FS site and, when I inserted the
authorization disk, was greeted with an auto play dialogue that I’ve
never seen before and I don’t know if my inability to use it properly
had anything to do with the activation error I received later on in
the process. I think it said the number was invalid. How is the
thing supposed to be dealt with? Other than uninstalling and starting
over with the J13 CD/DVD, how do I try again? Will J13 run on XP
Home? At least maybe I can find out if the authorization disk is the
problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Margaret
