Uninstall and do a clean reinstall.

Hello everyone,
I am unable to install the latest jaws 13 update. I click on install. It
goes through the steps, and then tells me that the patch can not be
installed. It then said for me to do a jaws repair. I did then, but then
got the same message. Any suggestions?
