Subject: [JAWS-Users] reading docx file
I was sent an important docx file. I have office home and student 2010.
When I open the file Jaws reads protected mode and file contains two
objects. The only thing that I can read is a slash. The actual text is on
the screen that my wife can read. I can not read it with the jaws or pc
cursor. Using the latest jaws 13, windows 7 home.
Are there any settings that I need to change?
