Well I use the update most of the time but this particular time I uninstalled all shared files, uninstalled video intercept, used the downloaded version I got off the site, all suggested to me by a person, after all that and more than an hour of my time, I still have the same control backspace and delete problem in Jaws 13 which I did not have in the first beta release. I don't have it in Jaws 12. I even tried a merge last week and still no go. If I had to use this computer for work I would be in deep trouble since the doctors often tell you to take out sentences and phrases and often I do so by the control backspace if it is just a couple of words, less time than blocking and cutting.
