A friend of mine had a similar problem (and he believed he was being asked to upgrade to windows8) and this was the solution. He upgraded his Internet Explorer. He is using the woindows XP Operating system. (Note: difference between Operating System "Windows" and browser "Windows Internet Explorer". Microsoft?
