Good morning all. I'm currently using Jaws 13 on my computer and am experiencing a problem. Every once in awhile, when I shut my computer off, Jaws doesn't shut down properly and my computer just hangs. I try to turn Jaws back on so I can shut my computer down but am unsuccessful. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, can I fix it?
