With JAWS running, as now, Go into your Task manager with ctrl-alt-del or
control shift escape, and when there press j once or more times until
jfw.exe is highlighted. That will be your procedure in the event of JAWS
not shutting down correctly. then, you will press alt-e to end Task, and
then if you need to, after the windows dingding Press enter to confirm.

Good morning all. I'm currently using Jaws 13 on my computer and am
experiencing a problem. Every once in awhile, when I shut my computer
off,
Jaws doesn't shut down properly and my computer just hangs. I try to turn
Jaws back on so I can shut my computer down but am unsuccessful. Has
anyone
else experienced this problem and if so, can I fix it?
